I would like to request a leave of absence because my work is sending me on a training trip,  I have to go and help provide training for new employees that the company has hired on accross the USA.
Requested leave will be from 5/16/2009 to 8/14/2009. Please keep my pilot account active. I acknowledge that if no further arrangements are made by the date above and a flight has not been flown, that my pilot account will be terminated
