I am interested in finding out how many of our pilots fly online, and or are interested in flying online. To the pilots who are looking to take the next step in making their flights more realistic and are interested or want to fly with live ATC, this post is for you.

I enjoy the professionalism and the realistic live ATC of VATSIM, and encourage the pilots of UVA to join me in this. VATSIM provides ATC all over the globe, from coast to coast in North America to intense ATC in Europe and the middle East. Which takes my experience to the ultimate level when I build hours flying with UVA. I would like every pilot of UVA to enjoy this with me.

On top of this all, you are getting the ability to fly along side your fellow UVA pilots in real time, and taking advantage of building your knowledge and skill as a pilot. I will be encouraging pilots to take part in "Flight of The Fleets" which is a great opportunity to meet fellow UVA pilots, and build the camaraderie in UVA as a real airline would have.

So lets get together and take full advantage of this great airline and the great pilots and knowledge that it contains, and lets take your Virtual Airline experience to the next level. Lets make it as real as it can get.

Well said. I would love to start flying online and this would be a perfect opportunity to bring back the FOF. Hope we get some feedback on this. Thanks for taking the initiative on that. I appreciate it.

You can count me in on that, and i kno of a few other pilots who would like to do another flight of the fleet.
i would like to take this time to invite some of the newer pilots to join us for this event. and to let them kno this is both for fun and learning, and for a chance to get to kno eachother.
the last flight of the fleet was alot of fun and i think we had like 10 or so pilots where we flooded the local ATC to the point where they were going nuts bringing in all the traffic(i thought that was cool) putting ATC to the test.
I cant wait till the next FOF and you can surely count me in.

Probably wouldn't be able to saturate VATSIM, but it's worth a shot!
